Sandals with thick sole - black flexible straps

Beautiful sandals from Remonte! The long silver decoration on the instep adds a nice touch to the gold-colored sandals. Remonte Lite 'n Soft shoes are, as their name suggests, lightweight despite the fairly thick sole and comfortably soft on the foot. The two wider straps closest to the ankle are nicely stretchy, while the strap wrapping around the heel is not. The closely spaced straps keep the shoes nicely secure on the foot. Lovely summer style!

• Not a high instep and not a low instep
• A “flipper” shape, meaning the toes are almost equally long, with no pronounced curve at the toe line 😊
• A slightly rounded toe box suits best; very pointed shapes often don’t have enough room for Maria’s big toe
• Usually wears size 43, with a medium-wide G last or a wide H last
• In barefoot shoes, typically size 42, because there’s enough room for the toes

Size 43 felt suitable for Maria’s foot in both length and width. The side of Maria’s foot extended just a little beyond the outer edge, but the toes slipped in well through the leather straps, and the straps are positioned successfully on the shoe so that it didn’t bother Maria’s eye aesthetically either. And they felt really good on the foot. Wonderfully soft sole!
